Job Description
Hassaan Academy is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a CSR, you will manage leads, coordinate classes, oversee daily operations, and handle billing procedures. Your role is vital in building strong relationships with students, parents, and teachers, ensuring their satisfaction.
Applicants should possess fluent English communication skills, strong soft skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a professional demeanor. You will work Monday to Friday from 4 PM to 1 AM and Saturdays from 2 PM to 6 PM. Salary ranges from PKR 30,00 to 45,00, depending on experience.
