Job Description
Hbox Digital seeks an Outbound Business Development Representative for our Bahria Town Tower office, Karachi. Full-time, in-person; shift 7:00 PM–4:00 AM. You will prospect via outbound calls, LinkedIn and email to generate staff-augmentation leads, qualify hiring needs (React/Next, Node, Laravel, QA), headcount, timeline, budget and decision makers, book discovery meetings, update CRM/trackers daily, and follow up until a clear decision. Strong spoken English, clear communication, comfort with objections, organized follow-up, and basic reporting skills (Google Sheets/CRM) required. Experience in IT services or B2B outbound and familiarity with US/UK business communication is a plus.
