Job Description
HCM International is hiring a Food Mixer Operator in Korangi, Karachi. Full-time, in-person role with rotating 12-hour shifts: one week 8:00 AM–8:00 PM and one week 8:00 PM–8:00 AM; Monday–Friday. Core duties: operate industrial mixers per SOPs, measure and load raw materials, monitor mixing time/speed/temperature, maintain mixing area hygiene, perform routine equipment checks, maintain production records, and coordinate with production and quality teams to meet targets. Qualifications: Matric/Intermediate, prior mixer or machinery experience in a food company preferred, basic food safety knowledge, ability to follow SOPs, physical stamina, and strong attention to detail. Salary: Rs45,00–Rs50,00 per month.
