Job Title: Customer Support Representative
Location: E-11 Islamabad, reliable commuting to the office is a must.
Job Type: Full-Time
Timing: Mon-Sat 9:30AM-6PM
Salary: 40,00-50,00 per month
About Us:
We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team If you have excellent communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and are comfortable using computers, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with order-related queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Provide support for order processing and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements:
- Female candidates will be preferred.
- Must be located near E-11, Islamabad.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with best organizational skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn quickly.
- Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not required.
