Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and organized Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in inventory handling, team supervision, and maintaining efficient workflow within the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
- Oversee receiving, storing, packing, and dispatching of goods.
- Assign tasks and manage warehouse staff performance.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
- Coordinate with procurement, operations, and delivery teams.
- Prepare basic reports related to stock and movement.
Requirements
- Prior experience in warehouse or inventory management (preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, stock software is a plus).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Honest, punctual, and responsible.
