Job Description
Herbiotics Health Care is seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resource Manager to spearhead our HR department. If you are passionate about building teams, enhancing HR systems, and connecting human capital with business objectives, we would love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities: Lead recruitment, manage performance evaluations, coordinate training programs, and drive engagement strategies.
Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field, 3–5 years of HR management experience (preferably in Pharma/FMCG), strong HR software skills, and knowledge of labor laws.
