Job Description
HexaMile Soft seeks a full-time, in-person Executive Assistant. Shift: 1:00 PM–9:00 PM, Mon–Fri. Duties: draft professional letters, emails, and documents; manage calendars, meetings, and correspondence; organize files and office operations; use AI to boost productivity and prepare reports, presentations, and briefs; coordinate with government departments; handle confidential information. Requirements: Master’s degree, 1–2 years as Executive/Personal Secretary, government liaison experience. Skills: MS Office, strong English drafting, organization, time management, multitasking, proactivity, and integrity. Salary: Rs25,00–30,00/month.
