Job Description
We are seeking an HR Recruitment Executive to manage full-cycle recruitment, source candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.
Responsibilities include developing job descriptions, screening applicants, working with hiring managers, maintaining the ATS, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, 2+ years of recruitment experience, strong communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills.
