Job Description
About the Role:
Highfy is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fulfilment Lead to oversee our daily order fulfilment operations. You will manage inventory handling and ensure timely order processing while keeping customer satisfaction high.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise end-to-end fulfilment operations.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet delivery deadlines.
- Develop and implement SOPs to improve customer experience.
- Train and motivate the team.
- Resolve fulfilment-related issues as the first point of escalation.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of eCommerce operations experience.
- Strong Google Sheets/Excel skills.
- Excellent multitasking and communication abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
