Job Description

Highfy is the fastest-growing beauty eCommerce platform in Pakistan, and we’re seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team! In this role, you’ll provide excellent service to our customers through chat support and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via various channels.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds.
• Assist with order placements and modifications.
• Maintain product knowledge for accurate customer assistance.

The position is based in Clifton block 8, Karachi, with a full-time commitment and a starting salary of Rs45,00 per month.
