Job Description

HIGHSTRIDE RECRUITMENT seeks a Cold Calling Agent for UK campaigns based in Lahore (Main Blvd, Allama Iqbal Rd, Mustafabad). Full-time, on-site role with PKR 50,00/month + £50 commission per closing; base may rise to PKR 100,00 in the first year based on performance. Responsibilities: make outbound cold calls, screen and qualify candidates, present job opportunities, handle objections, close deals, and maintain candidate pipelines. Requirements: 6 months cold calling experience, clear and confident spoken English, strong listening skills, willingness to work on-site. Send CV to [email protected].
