Job Description
Join Hikmat Pump Pvt Limited as Sales Manager in Kahuta Road, Model Town, Humak, Islamabad. Require 8–10 years’ sales experience in submersible/industrial pumps with 3–4 years in leadership. Lead and mentor the sales team, grow dealer/distributor network, manage key accounts, coordinate demand planning with production and supply chain, prepare forecasts/reports, and ensure timely collections. Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Marketing, or Engineering. Competitive salary, target-based incentives, full-time, on-site.
