Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Lead Generation Agents for our U.S.-based B2B campaigns, including AT&T, Spectrum, Comcast, and VOIP.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to U.S. customers
- Generate and qualify potential leads
- Follow scripts and campaign guidelines
- Meet lead targets consistently
- Maintain professionalism and positivity on calls
- Collaborate with team members on performance improvement
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills
- Available for night shifts (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
- Onsite position, located in Islamabad or Rawalpindi
- Previous call center experience is a plus; freshers are encouraged to apply!
