Job Description
SA Ceramics is hiring an Executive HR – Plant to support HR operations at our Faisalabad manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee management, payroll coordination, and ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination
- Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leave, personal data, etc.)
- Support payroll processing by providing accurate employee information (leaves, absences, bonuses)
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR best practices
- Assist in implementing and enforcing HR policies and procedures
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Prepare HR reports and presentations (turnover, absenteeism, etc.)
- Support performance management and appraisal processes
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–2 years in Sanitary Ware or Tiles Industry (mandatory)
- Qualification: BBA or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
