Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Production Scheduling: Planning and prioritizing workflows to maximize machine uptime and meet delivery deadlines.
- Technical Oversight: Supervising the programming, setup, and operation of CNC mills, lathes, and routers.
- Quality Control: Ensuring all manufactured components adhere to strict tolerances and engineering specifications.
- Resource Management: Managing a team of machinists and operators, including training and shift scheduling.
- Maintenance & Safety: Coordinating preventative maintenance for machinery and enforcing rigorous shop floor safety standards.
- Inventory & Costing: Monitoring raw material levels, tooling supplies, and optimizing processes to reduce waste.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: Rs60,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
Education:
- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience:
- Mechanical Feild: 4 years (Required)
License/Certification:
