Job Description
Join our team at HOOP as a Call Center Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Rawalpindi. This full-time position includes a night shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM, working five days a week.
Your role will involve handling outbound calls with US customers, addressing inquiries, checking eligibility criteria, and providing product and service support. We seek candidates with a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach to customer service.
Compensation ranges from Rs45,00.00 to Rs120,00.00 per month, with one paid leave after the probation period.
