Job Description
Description: In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, or chat, taking orders, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
Candidate Must Have:
- Exceptional English skills and a passion for helping others.
- Minimum O Level/A Level or Intermediate qualification.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, customer-centric attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service or international sales is a plus.
