Job Description
HostNext Private Limited seeks a Customer Service Representative in Islamabad. You will handle phone, email, and chat inquiries; assist with product/service information, billing, and issue resolution; maintain accurate customer records; and collaborate with internal teams. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; customer service experience preferred; excellent verbal and written communication; proficiency in MS Office and CRM. Full-time, in-person role.
