Job Description
Hot N Spicy Pvt Ltd is seeking a passionate Feedback Supervisor for our call center team located in Defence Phase 5, Karachi. The ideal candidate will review customer interactions, collect feedback, handle complaints, and maintain accurate records in Excel. Preference will be given to female candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess service quality by listening to recorded customer calls.
- Gather customer feedback on their experiences.
- Professionally handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Maintain detailed records of feedback and complaints in Excel.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Organized and able to multitask under pressure.
