Job Description

HR First Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shift Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for following Prescreener’s guidelines to release recipes to bulk while enhancing Lab to bulk success percentages. You will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), ensure smooth laboratory operations, and manage recipe error files.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Textiles, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience. We encourage female candidates to apply.

This is a full-time position requiring in-person attendance.
