Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include managing executives’ schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence. The successful candidate will effectively prioritize tasks and demonstrate a strong sense of professionalism.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are required. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
