Job Description
HR Ways seeks a Cold Calling Specialist (Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Media Studies, Computer Science, or related) with 1–2 years’ experience—preferably in IT. Must handle cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, bids on Upwork/Fiverr, and know Clutch.io and Bark. Responsibilities: lead generation, cold outreach, business development, social media engagement, sales platform management, and clear documentation. Strong online/in-person networking, intuition, eagerness to learn, and understanding of human behavior required. Full-time, in-person, Mon–Fri 9am–6pm in Islamabad.
