Job Description
HRI Private Limited is looking for a skilled ICT Technician with 3-4 years of experience in help desk and technical support roles. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting abilities in hardware, software, and network issues, and will be proficient in both Windows and Linux environments.
Your responsibilities will include providing technical support to end-users, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and managing user accounts and security settings. Candidates with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset are highly desired.
Preferred qualifications include IT certifications and experience with cloud platforms and scripting for automation.
