Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell security guard services to commercial, residential, and industrial clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in field sales, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for security guard services.
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable security solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and quotations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and follow-up status.
- Coordinate with operations for smooth onboarding of new clients.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in sales (experience in security services is an advantage).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- Ability to generate leads and close deals effectively.
- Presentable and professional attitude.
- Minimum education: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree.
- Valid driving license (preferred).
