Job Description
Join our finance team as an AR (Accounts Receivable) Specialist responsible for billing, invoice processing, payment posting, and collections. You will reconcile accounts, research discrepancies, maintain aging reports, and communicate professionally with customers to resolve outstanding balances. Ideal candidate has 2+ years of accounting or AR experience, strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with ERP or accounting software. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills required. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent preferred.
