Job Description
We are looking for a experienced HR Recruiter (Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment in given time line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-end recruitment
- Post job advertisements on job portals and social media
- Coordinate interviews with department heads
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines
- Proficiency in job portals and recruitment in the given timeline.
