Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients professionally.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming front desk area.
- Handle emails, documentation, and basic administrative support.
- Coordinate with internal departments as required.
Requirements:
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar front desk or administrative role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and general computer use.
