Job Description
HRPSP – Your Strategic HR Partner seeks a FTTH Operations Manager in Faislabad. Salary PKR 90,00–120,00/month. You will oversee FTTH operations (Quality, Deployment, Field), ensure smooth project execution and technical compliance, lead teams on fiber deployment, troubleshooting and maintenance, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and monitor KPIs and performance. Requirements: minimum 16 years of education (Electrical/Electronics/Telecom), 5–7 years FTTH experience across quality, deployment and field roles, and strong leadership and project management skills. Full-time, in-person role.
