Job Description
Position: FTTH Operations Executive at HRPSP – Your Strategic HR Partner. Location: Faisalabad. Salary: PKR 60,00–80,00/month. Full-time, in-person role supporting FTTH deployment, field operations, and quality checks. Conduct site surveys, OTDR testing, splicing verification, documentation, assist in fiber troubleshooting, and maintain operational reports and ODN layouts. Requirements: 16 years of education in Electrical/Electronics/Telecom, 2–5 years FTTH experience, and solid knowledge of splicing, OTDR testing, and ODN layout. Ideal candidate is detail-oriented, field-ready, and committed to quality.
