Job Description
Full-time, in-person role in Islamabad. Salary: Rs65,00/month. Shift: 1:00 PM–9:00 PM (rotational). Handle inbound Frontline HR Helpline calls, resolve employee queries across Pakistan, log and track concerns, provide timely support and escalate as needed. Requirements: experience in Customer Service, HR Operations, or Call Center; strong English and Urdu; multitasking, calm under pressure, empathetic and professional.
