Job Description
HRPSP – Your Strategic HR Partner in Islamabad seeks a Customer Support Specialist (Sign Language) to provide accurate, empathetic assistance to customers using sign language. You will handle queries professionally, ensure positive service experiences, and coordinate with internal teams as needed. Requirements: strong sign language proficiency, good written and spoken English, minimum Intermediate education (graduation preferred), and prior customer service experience is a plus.
