Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide on-site technical support and guidance to farmers on crop management, soil health, pest control, and sustainable agricultural practices. Assist in the implementation of agricultural projects and initiatives. Conduct regular field visits to monitor crop conditions and collect data on crop performance.
Compile and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Organize training sessions and workshops for farmers on modern agricultural techniques.
Build strong relationships with local farmers and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60,00.00 – Rs65,00.00 per month
