Human Capital HR Solutions is seeking an Executive Secretary for one of our prestigious clients based in Karachi.
Position: Executive Secretary
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business field
Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience
Location: Karachi
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support.
- Draft letters, memos, invoices, and reports.
- Arrange travel and accommodations for executives.
- Schedule and attend meetings.
- Manage incoming communications.
- Maintain records and perform basic bookkeeping.
- Complete additional duties as assigned.
