Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to support our USA-based client. This position is onsite in Karachi.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide quality support and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Prior international support experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Shift: 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift)
