Job Description
Human Capital HR Solutions seeks an experienced Immigration Sales Team Lead to manage our Lahore sales team. Full-time, in-person role; hours 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday–Saturday (alternate Fridays off). 3-month probation. Lead, coach, and motivate the team to maximize client enrollments, ensure CRM accuracy, compliance, and sales analytics reporting; serve as liaison to management. Bachelor’s required (Master’s preferred); age 30–35; prior team lead experience and proven sales leadership; immigration industry experience a plus.
