Job Description
Hurak, a UK EdTech leader, seeks an on-site Customer Support Representative in DHA Phase 6 Lahore (1:30 PM–10:30 PM, full-time). Manage customer queries, class/exam bookings, certifications, follow processes, resolve cases, and handle objections calmly. Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience; excellent spoken and written English required. 1+ year preferred, fresh graduates welcome. Salary Rs70,00–Rs100,00/month. Please state current salary, ability to commute to DHA Phase 6, and English skill (Conversation, Professional, Native).
