Job Description

Telesales Agent – U.S. Mobility Campaign | Night Shift | Lahore

Location: Al-Hafeez Shopping Mall, Gulberg II, Lahore (On-site)

Shift Timing: 09:00 PM – 05:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

Weekends: Saturday & Sunday Off

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: PKR 40,00 – 45,00 + High Performance-Based Incentives

Position Overview

We are growing our U.S. Mobility Campaign and are seeking driven and confident Telesales Agents who enjoy outbound sales and customer interaction. This role is ideal for individuals who want to sharpen their sales skills and build a long-term career in international BPO and telesales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to U.S. customers
• Present and sell mobility products confidently
• Build rapport and manage customer conversations professionally
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Who Should Apply

• Strong spoken English is mandatory
• Confident, energetic, and target-oriented mindset
• Minimum 2 months experience in any telesales or call center campaign
• Ability to work night shift (U.S. business hours)
• Willing to work on-site in Gulberg II, Lahore
