Job Description
Telesales Agent – US Campaign (Night Shift)
Location: Al-Hafeez Shopping Mall, Gulberg II, Lahore (On-site)
Shift Hours: 09:00 PM – 05:00 AM (Monday–Friday)
Weekends: Saturday & Sunday Off
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: PKR 40,00 – 45,00 + High Performance-Based Incentives
Position Overview
We are expanding our U.S. Mobility Campaign and are looking for confident, sales-driven Telesales Agents who enjoy outbound calling and customer engagement. This role is perfect for candidates who want to strengthen their sales skills and build a long-term career in international BPO and telesales.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to U.S. customers
- Present and sell mobility products confidently
- Build strong rapport and handle customer conversations professionally
- Update CRM records and manage follow-ups accurately
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Who Should Apply
- Strong spoken English is mandatory
- Confident, energetic, and target-oriented mindset
- Minimum 2 months of experience in any telesales or call center campaign
- Comfortable working night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours
- Female Candidates (Preferred)
- Willing to work on-site in Gulberg II, Lahore
