Job Description
Ibees Enterprises is seeking a confident, English-fluent team member for our packaging industry project. As a night shift Customer Support & Sales Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our international customers, driving sales and delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer interactions via phone, email, and live chat.
- Convert inquiries into sales while resolving complaints.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless order processing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 0–3 years of customer support or sales experience.
- Fluency in English required.
Pay: Rs60,00 – Rs70,00 per month
