Job Description
Ibex Pakistan seeks a Global Customer Support Associate at Ibex Tower, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi. Full-time, 6-month on-site contract. Salary PKR 90,00–100,00. Shift: 4:00 PM–11:00 AM (9 hours). Handle inbound international calls/chats, provide product/service info, resolve issues, log in CRM, meet quality/productivity targets, and escalate complex cases. Requirements: O/A Levels or Bachelor’s, excellent English, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Benefits: transport, potential permanent hire, career growth.
