Job Description
Ibex seeks a full-time, on-site International Customer Services Specialist in Karachi Division. You will manage customer inquiries via phone and email, troubleshoot issues, provide product and service information, escalate complex cases, and maintain accurate CRM records. Ideal candidates have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, experience with CRM systems, strong organization and multitasking abilities, and a customer-focused attitude. High school diploma required; college degree preferred. Position is a 6-month contract. Salary: Rs65,00–Rs115,00 per month.
