Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join the team at Ibex in Karachi Division. This full-time, on-site role entails providing exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction and a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Deliver professional service and maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service or BPO industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Salary: Rs90,00 – Rs100,00 per month. Contract length: 6 months.
