Job Description
Ibix Global Tech is seeking a full-time, on-site Female Technical Recruiter based in the Karachi Division. The successful candidate will manage the entire recruitment life cycle—sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding technical talent. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, you will create job postings, handle recruitment channels, and maintain candidate databases.
Qualifications: Experience in full-life cycle recruiting, excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) are required. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
