Job Description
Ibix Global Tech seeks confident, well-spoken Junior SDRs to join our sales team. You will make outbound calls, professionally introduce services, schedule and confirm meetings, maintain an optimized LinkedIn profile, respond to LinkedIn inquiries, and follow up promptly. Requirements: excellent English, clear and confident speaking, comfortable with cold calling, punctual and professional, basic LinkedIn knowledge, and ability to follow scripts and targets. Full-time, in-person role based in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi; office hours 11:00 AM–8:00 PM, Sunday–Thursday. We offer a fixed salary plus performance incentives, training, and exposure to international clients. Reliable commute or relocation to Karachi required.
