Job Description
IBSTEC seeks a motivated Sales Development Representative for a Canada-based B2B outbound cold-calling campaign. You will make targeted outbound calls, build rapport, present and promote services, handle objections, negotiate deals, update call records, and meet daily/weekly targets. Requirements: minimum 1 year cold-calling experience, strong spoken and listening English (B2+), persuasive negotiation skills, comfort in B2B sales, ability to work night shift (8:00 PM–5:00 AM), and a goal-oriented, persistent attitude.
