Job Description
Icon Global (Private) Limited is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our expanding team. This role involves providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, resolving inquiries, escalating complex issues, and maintaining interaction records. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in CRM software.
Salary: Rs70,00 – Rs100,00/month + benefits.
Timings: 05:00 PM – 02:00 AM (Mon-Fri) | Location: DHA Phase 2 Extension, Karachi
