Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative for Idealancy, our online shopping store specializing in Household & Kitchen accessories throughout Pakistan.
Job Roles:
- Manage customer phone calls.
- Handle returned parcel inquiries.
- Coordinate with courier companies to enhance delivery services.
- Prepare reports for the manager.
- Contact customers regarding incomplete addresses.
- Facilitate internal team communication.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient typing speed.
- A team player attitude.
Location: North Nazimabad Hyderi Near Dolmen Mall
Salary: PKR 25,00 – 35,00 (Based on experience)
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
