Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Compliance at Ihsan Sons Pvt. Ltd. to ensure our operations comply with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor compliance with policies, laws, and regulations.
- Conduct audits and identify compliance gaps.
- Maintain compliance documentation and reports.
- Assist in staff training on compliance procedures.
- Resolve compliance issues and improve processes.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a compliance or related role.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and compliance tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and certifications in compliance preferred.
