Job Description

Imam Clinic is seeking a dedicated Call Center Agent. Responsibilities include answering calls professionally, scheduling patient appointments, and providing information about our services. Accurate recording of call details and maintaining confidentiality are essential.

Requirements: Minimum Intermediate education, 1–2 years of call center experience, good communication in English & Urdu, basic computer knowledge, and willingness to work shifts.

Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Type: Full-time
