Job Description
The Imran Idrees Group of Companies Pvt. Limited is seeking a dedicated Patient Relations Officer to oversee our outpatient department (OPD) operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient patient flow, handle inquiries, and maintain communication between patients and staff.
Key responsibilities include supervising daily operations, monitoring appointment processes, and training OPD staff. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related fields, with 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for addressing patient concerns effectively. This is a full-time position located at our facility in Sialkot.
